Interactive Panel Discussion:
The central feature of this event is the "Deep Dive Q&A" session. Attendees will have the exclusive opportunity to submit their "deepest, darkest, most confidential" questions when registering for the event, providing a safe space to seek advice on challenges and concerns they might not feel comfortable asking/discussing elsewhere. These questions will be curated and presented to our panel during the event.
As an added bonus we will also be joined by Employment Lawyer, Jo Alilovic (Director, 3D HR Legal) for a fireside chat after the panel! Agency leaders and attendees will have the opportunity to pose legal questions and have confidential chats with a legal expert throughout the night.
MEET OUR PANELLISTS & GUESTS

Jo Bulline: Co-owner, Trilogy Advertising & Marketing
Jo is the co-owner of Trilogy Advertising and Marketing, an independent agency celebrating
20 years this month, and one of the few in Australia owned by women.
Her career started when she was pursuing her love of writing by studying Journalism,
Language and Culture and got offered the opportunity for work experience at an advertising
agency.
Having grown up in country towns she knew little about ad agencies and their roles, but
discovered an exhilarating world of creative communications and knew she had found her
Place.
Work experience led to employment and further exploration of most facets of advertising
and marketing through progressive promotion in the field of account service at some of
Perth’s largest agencies. She has worked on a range of high-profile businesses such as
AlintaGas, Burswood Resort Casino, Police & Nurses Credit Society, and Kleenheat,
contributing to the launch or evolution of their brands.
Jo now leads strategic planning at Trilogy and delights in collaborating on brand creation and
development, and the associated creative representation.
Jo is a passionate ambassador for the industry, for equal opportunity, literacy, and dog
rescue. And she still loves writing.

Rikki Burns: Head of Creative, Marketforce

She’s worked in Perth & Sydney with brands like Kellogg’s, Harvest Road, Amnesty International, RAC, Lotterywest, Brownes, Synergy, The University of Sydney, HBF, West Australian Ballet, and a billion more.

Taryn Payne: Head of Business Management, 303 MullenLowe Perth
